Running a voice agent means other companies touch the conversation: something has to carry the call, something has to turn speech into words and words into speech. These are the providers we use, and what each one actually receives. It is the list behind the privacy notice.

For an agent we build for you
Your agent runs on the same foundations — the speech and language models, telephony, hosting. Anything further is specific to your build: the systems you ask us to connect, such as your calendar, your booking system or your CRM, are your providers, named in your proposal or data processing agreement rather than here.

Calls we make to introduce ourselves
We may call a business we have found to introduce what we do. That line is not switched on at the moment. When it is, it uses the same speech, telephony and hosting providers above, plus a business-listings lookup to find the number and Anthropic to prepare a short brief — and what it keeps is covered by our privacy notice.
What they may do with it
Each provider processes what we send it to give us its service, under its business terms with us. We do not sell information to any of them and we do not buy it from them.
Changes
We update this page when we add or remove a provider or change what one does for us, and the date at the top changes with it.
